This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns, refunds, and order cancellations. By purchasing products or services from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Pre-Delivery Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product is dispatched for delivery by contacting our customer service team. For orders that have not been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation Timeframe
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.
1.3 Custom Orders
Orders for custom or specially procured products cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not meet the agreed specifications.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Window
We accept returns of most products within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free items must be included
- The product must not be damaged, scratched, or show signs of use
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personal care items and accessories (earphones, headphones, etc.)
- Software, games, and digital content
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
- Products that have been installed or used
- Custom-ordered or specially procured items
- Products marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
2.3 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our technical team will verify the defect and determine whether the product should be repaired, replaced, or refunded. For defective products, the following conditions apply:
- Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same model or refunded in full
- Products damaged during shipping must be reported immediately upon delivery
- Technical issues must be verified by our technical team
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling are not covered under this policy
2.4 Return Process

- Package the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

2.5 Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and costs are determined as follows:
- For defective products or incorrect items shipped, we will arrange pickup at no cost to you
- For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, shipping costs may be your responsibility
- Products must be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
- For approved returns, refunds will be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the product
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time
- UPI or other digital payment refunds typically take 3-5 business days
- Cash refunds for in-store purchases will be processed immediately upon product verification
3.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
- UPI or digital wallet payments will be refunded to the same account
- Cash payments will be refunded in cash or by bank transfer, as per your preference
- EMI purchases will be refunded as per the financing institution's policies
3.3 Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued:
- If the returned product shows signs of use or damage
- If any accessories or parts are missing from the return
- If promotional or bundle discounts were applied to the original purchase
- If restocking fees apply (as communicated at the time of purchase)
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant, the following conditions apply:
- The product must meet all return eligibility criteria
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be collected or refunded as applicable
- Only one exchange per order is permitted
4.2 Exchange Timeline
Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window. The replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and verify the returned product.
5. Service Cancellation
5.1 Installation and Repair Services
For installation, repair, or maintenance services:
- Scheduled services can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) may incur a cancellation fee
- If our technician has been dispatched, a service call fee may apply
- Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 7-14 business days
5.2 Extended Warranty
Extended warranty plans can be cancelled:
- Within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made
- After 30 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on the remaining coverage period
- Administration fees may apply for warranty cancellations

6.1 Damaged During Delivery
If a product is visibly damaged upon delivery:
- Document the damage (photos) and note it on the delivery receipt

- Do not attempt to use or install damaged products
- We will arrange for pickup and replacement at no additional cost
6.2 Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for pickup and delivery of the correct item at no additional cost
- Do not use or install the incorrect product
